The monthly declaration, month after month
One act repeats for the whole life of the contract: the hours of the month, declared to the right service, inside a window that opens on the 25th and closes on the 5th.

The window of a month
A month is declared once the month is over — or from its 25th, when the remaining days are already known. The deadline is the 5th of the following month.
| Month concerned | Opens | Due |
|---|---|---|
| 2026-09 | 25/09/2026 | 05/10/2026 |
The dates above are the ones the shared calendar shows both parties today; they follow the month, not the calendar year.
Which service, for which employee
| Employee | Service | Declared |
|---|---|---|
| Salarié du particulier employeur (household help, carer, home support) | cesu.urssaf.fr | One declaration per month, per employee |
| Garde d'enfants at the family's home | pajemploi.urssaf.fr | One declaration per month |
| Assistant maternel agréé | pajemploi.urssaf.fr | One declaration per month AND per child (since 25/01/2026) |
What goes into the declaration
| Figure | Who knows it | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Hours worked in the month | Both parties | The base of everything else |
| Gross pay of the month | From the contract | Hourly rate × hours, or the averaged monthly salary |
| Days of activity (assistant maternel) | Both parties | Pajemploi asks for them separately |
| Maintenance and meal allowances | From the contract | Allowances, not pay |
| Paid-leave days taken | Both parties | Where the care mode calls for it |
| Net salary | Computed by URSSAF | Never entered — it comes back on the payslip |
The same month, on both sides
Most disputes about a home-employment month are not disputes about the rule — they are two people holding different numbers. AdminLanding gives the relationship one shared month: one party records the hours, the other confirms them, and the record keeps who recorded what and when. Recording a month, confirming it and the reminders before the deadline are free for both parties.
The declaration itself is made on the URSSAF service — AdminLanding never declares in your place and never connects to your CESU or Pajemploi account.
The rest of the relationship
The same relationship, from the contract to its end — each page states the rule with its article.

Which procedure applies: for a particulier employeur, the dismissal procedure of the convention collective IDCC 3239 applies instead of the Code du travail procedure (CCN art. 161.1.1: the rules are those of the convention; art. 161.1.1.1: entretien préalable from the 4th jour ouvrable counted from the day after the first presentation of the convocation, then notification by registered letter from the 4th to the 30th jour ouvrable counted from the day after the entretien). The Code du travail reaches this sector only through the closed list of art. L.7221-2, which does not include the L.1232-2 procedure.

Documents for both parties — €29 per end of contract
The Home Employment Pack covers one relationship and its 13 documents — 3 written by the employer, 4 by the employee, 1 by either party, 5 naming both — issued in French with an English companion page and placed in the Vault of both parties. The employer's pack covers the invited employee, who pays nothing; an employee whose employer is not on the platform takes the €9 Employee pack for their own documents.
Electronic signature optional — €1.50 per signer, credits shared across all your documents (Rental and Home employment). The calculator, the shared calendar, the reminders and the invitation stay free.
