How activation works

Three steps. The landlord pays €7 once per property via Stripe, invites the tenant by email, and the tenant signs in with that email to access the portal. All tenants of the activated property gain access — there is no per-tenant fee.

Landlord activates

From the rental dashboard, pay €7 via Stripe for the chosen property. The activation is recorded in Firestore and never auto-renews.

Tenant is invited

The landlord enters the tenant's email; the tenant receives a Brevo email with the property invite and a link to sign up at adminlanding.com.

Tenant signs in

After signup, the tenant sees the property context (address, landlord name, lease status) and the four portal surfaces: messaging, forms, vault, dashboard.

Four structured letter generators

Each tenant-side form produces a legally compliant PDF the tenant can save, sign and send. The forms are pre-filled with the tenant's profile and the property context from the landlord's invitation.

Lease Termination

Generate the formal letter to end the lease, dated and ready to send by recommandé or LRE.

Deposit Return Request

Formal letter requesting return of the security deposit — references Article 22 of loi 89-462 with its 1- or 2-month deadline.

Repair Request

Structured repair-request letter to the landlord with photos, dates and a clear scope. Creates a paper trail for any later dispute.

Move-out Inventory

Written audit trail for every exchange

When a tenant disputes a deposit deduction three months after move-out, the question is what was communicated, when, and about what. Categorised messaging produces a timestamped, categorised log per property — useful at the tribunal judiciaire (which is where these end up) and useful to the landlord's avocat. WhatsApp threads do not produce this.
