Nature of Service — No Legal Practice

AdminLanding is a technology platform, not a law firm. We do not practice law, do not hold any legal professional title, and are not registered with any bar association or regulated legal body. We are not lawyers (avocats), notaries (notaires), bailiffs (commissaires de justice), or any other regulated legal professional as defined by French Law No. 71-1130 of December 31, 1971.

Our service provides general administrative information and document templates for convenience only. This does not constitute legal advice (consultation juridique), personalized legal opinion, or legal representation. No attorney-client or professional-client relationship is created by using our platform.

Document templates generated by AdminLanding — including but not limited to lease contracts, rent receipts, formal notices, and certificates — are pre-formatted models based on publicly available legal frameworks. They are not tailored to your specific legal situation. Each situation is unique and may require specific clauses, adaptations, or professional review.

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified legal professional (avocat, notaire, or other regulated professional) before signing, sending, or relying on any document generated through our platform.
