What We Provide

Your Obligations

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Use strong passwords and enable 2FA when available
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

Account Security

• You are fully responsible for all account activity
• We may suspend accounts for suspicious activity
• Account sharing is prohibited
• Age requirement: you must be 16 or older (or the age of digital consent in your country) to hold an account. We do not verify age at sign-up.

Permitted Uses

• Personal administrative assistance and guidance
• Legitimate document generation for official procedures
• Educational purposes and learning about administrative processes

Billing Terms

• On adminlanding.com, prices are displayed in euros and VAT is not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Purchases made inside our mobile apps are sold by Apple or Google at the price shown in your store, in your local currency and including any tax the store applies.
• Payments on the website are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). Purchases made inside our mobile apps are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) as sellers of record: refunds and cancellations for those purchases follow the store's own policy and are requested from the store, not from us.
• One-time purchases (packs, bundles, single documents, signature credits) are debited once and delivered immediately after payment — no subscription is created.
• The Cross-Border Pack is sold as an annual édition: it is valid through 31 December of its édition year (Europe/Paris time). Purchases made on or after 1 October receive the following year's édition — this rule is also displayed at checkout. Launch rule, Cross-Border Pack only: every Cross-Border Pack purchased in 2026 receives the 2027 édition, valid from the day of purchase. The édition never renews automatically; continuing into a new year requires buying the new édition. Each document applies the official rates in force on the day it is generated. Document generation within a valid édition is unlimited under a fair-use limit of 500 documents per month. Cross-Border packs purchased before the édition model was introduced keep their original terms indefinitely.
• The Home Employment Pack (29 €) and the Employee Pack (9 €) each cover one employment relationship — one end-of-contract procedure; the invited counterparty pays nothing. A pack is valid for 12 months from the day of purchase (Europe/Paris time) and, once used for a relationship, until the last deadline recorded for that end of contract when it falls later — for example the end of the six-month period to contest the final settlement. It is not an annual édition and never renews automatically. A Home Employment pack sold as an annual édition keeps at least the validity it was sold with (31 December of its édition year), extended in the same way. Each document applies the official rates in force on the day it is generated; generation is unlimited under a fair-use limit of 500 documents per month.
• On-demand rent receipts (quittances) are free for every account within a fair-use limit of 20 per month; automated monthly receipts are available on every property covered by a Rental Pack, including the free first property.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after notification.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Packs and éditions are not subscriptions: there is nothing to cancel — an édition simply ends on 31 December of its year. Legacy Pro subscribers may cancel at any time from their account settings (Settings > My Plan) or by emailing support@adminlanding.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The service remains active until that date.
• No pro-rata refunds are issued for the remaining period after cancellation.
• Refunds, when applicable (e.g. withdrawal right), are processed within 14 days using the original payment method. This applies to purchases made on the website. A purchase made inside a mobile app is refunded by Apple or Google under their own policy and timing.

Attribution & Responsibility

• Any action performed through a connected agent or with one of your API keys is deemed an action of the account holder — documents generated, credits consumed and signature requests initiated via the API are attributed to your account exactly as if performed in the application.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you supply through an assistant — review each document before using or signing it.
• You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret. Keys can be revoked at any time from your account settings; we may revoke keys or suspend API access in case of abuse or suspicious activity.
• Electronic signatures initiated via the API are always completed by the human signers themselves, via the email signing ceremony.
• Documents generated without an account through a connected assistant (the free rent receipt on our public connector) are produced from the data the assistant supplies, are not attributed to any account, are deleted within 24 hours of generation by a sweep that runs every six hours, and are the responsibility of the person supplying the data; the same deterministic templates apply.

Quotas, Pricing & Payment

• API usage counts against the same quotas and pricing as the application — there is no separate API billing. For example, on-demand rent receipts remain free within the 20-per-month limit, and pack-metered documents (such as leases) consume document credits as usual.
• Payments are never taken through an agent or the API: any purchase is completed by you in your browser, on our standard secure checkout.
