Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes a personalized welcome checklist of your French procedures, 1 rental property with 10 documents, 20 rent receipts a month, the encrypted Vault, 3 smart documents (lifetime), 5 AI credits per month, the free Post-Brexit Guide, and read-only access to all administrative reference content. You can become a member at any time when you need more.
What if I have more than 10 properties?
10 properties included, then €1 a month (€10 a year) per additional property. The additional properties are billed on the same membership, at the same rhythm, and the count follows the properties in your account.
Can I get a refund?
You ask for the membership to start at once. If you withdraw within 14 days, from your account, you only owe the share of the period already used (Article L.221-25 French Consumer Code) and we refund the rest. After that, cancelling stops the renewal at the end of the current period. For credit top-ups, we honour case-by-case refund requests for technical issues — contact support@adminlanding.com.
Do I need to install anything?
No installation required for the web app — it works in any browser. The optional Chrome extension (free) adds AI guidance directly inside 25+ official French government sites (impôts, CAF, ANTS, ameli, and more). The mobile apps are available for iOS and Android: Rent — Lease & Short-Term on the App Store and on Google Play, Guide: Démarches en France on the App Store and on Google Play.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB). For the membership, Stripe keeps your card to charge each renewal; you can change it or cancel from your account. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French CGI (small-business exemption).
Are AI credits included in the membership?
No. AI credit top-ups (€6.99 for +50 credits, €9.99 for +100 credits) are one-off purchases that extend your AI quota across all features and never expire — they roll over month to month. Electronic signature credits (€1.50 per signer) are one-off too. The membership covers the document tools; credits power the AI assistant and the signatures.
