Is AdminLanding a subscription?
No. AdminLanding is pack-based: you pay once per situation — the Cross-Border Pack as an annual édition, the others permanently (Rental Pack — first property free, then €49, €29/year Cross-Border Pack — annual édition, €19 Patrimoine Pack) and the access is permanent. There's no auto-renewal and no monthly billing. The Full Starter bundle (€89) opens every pack: it adds 47 administrative letter scenarios across 15 institutions and the Home Employment Pack (1 relationship, both parties).
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes a personalized welcome checklist of your French procedures, 1 rental property with 10 documents, the encrypted Vault, 3 smart documents (lifetime), 5 AI credits per month, the free Post-Brexit Guide, and read-only access to all administrative reference content. You can upgrade to a pack at any time when you need more.
What's the difference between a pack and a bundle?
A pack covers one specific situation (rental, cross-border, etc.). A bundle combines several packs at a discount: Landlord Starter (€59, save €9), Expat Starter (€39, save €9), or Full Starter (€89 — Rental, Cross-Border, Patrimoine, Courrier and Home Employment — save €46 vs buying all five packs separately).
Can I get a refund?
By accepting the immediate-performance waiver at checkout (Article L.221-28 French Consumer Code), you waive the 14-day withdrawal right because the service starts immediately. We honour case-by-case refund requests for technical issues — contact support@adminlanding.com.
Do I need to install anything?
No installation required for the web app — it works in any browser. The optional Chrome extension (free) adds AI guidance directly inside 25+ official French government sites (impôts, CAF, ANTS, ameli, and more). Mobile apps are also available on Google Play.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French CGI (small-business exemption).
Are AI credit top-ups separate from packs?
Yes. AI credit top-ups (€6.99 for +50 credits, €9.99 for +100 credits) extend your AI quota across all features and never expire — they roll over month to month even if your plan changes. Packs and credits are independent: a pack gives you situation-specific tools, credits power the AI assistant.
