How many properties can I manage?

How does automatic monthly sending work?

You enable automatic sending on the property and enter your tenant's email. On the 1st of each month (9:00, Paris time), AdminLanding generates the receipt for the month just ended — provided that month's rent is already marked paid by then — and emails it to your tenant via an encrypted link. It runs once: if the rent is not marked paid on the 1st, no receipt goes out automatically that month, and you generate it yourself once the rent is paid. Included in the membership.

Can tenants e-sign lease contracts?

Yes. AdminLanding offers optional eIDAS-compliant electronic signatures, starting at €1.50 per signer. The tenant receives a secure link, signs on any device (phone, tablet, or computer), and both parties receive the signed PDF with a full audit trail.

What happens when my free documents are used?

Your free first property includes 10 generations. When they are used, the membership opens unlimited documents within a fair-use limit of 500 per month — or you can buy a single document. Rent receipts never use a generation: they are free, up to 20 a month.

Is it compliant with the ALUR law?

Yes. All documents generated by AdminLanding follow the requirements of the ALUR law (2014) and related regulations. Lease contracts include all mandatory clauses, rent receipts comply with Article 21 of loi 89-462, and inspections follow Decree No. 2016-382.
